ECONOMY
The Economy fare will always be our lowest fare, but there is an amendment fee and no refund upon changing and cancellation. Therefore, the Economy fare is very attractive if you know your travel dates.

 Change free of charge your name, phone number or vehicle registration number when you change online
 No amendment fee when adding extra persons, a cabin or other onboard facilities to your existing booking when you change online
 Always pay an amendment fee for changing the route, date and time of departure
 100% cancellation fee when you cancel your booking


FLEXI
You like to keep your travel plans flexible? That's possible with our Flexi fare. This means flexibility at its best: you have the certainty that you can change your booking at no cost. You only pay the difference in fare. Plus, you get up to 100% of your booking when you cancel!

 No cancellation fee when you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before departure*
 50% cancellation fee of your booking when you cancel between 24 hours and 2 hours before departure

PREMIUM
Are you someone who likes to enjoy all the privileges? Then choose the Premium fare. Depending on the route you have different privileges like: express boarding and disembarkation or access to the Stena Plus Lounge. You can change your booking free of charge. You only pay the difference in fare and receive up to 100% of your booking when you cancel!

* The difference between the booking date and the date of change will not be paid back to you by Stena Line. Upgrades from Economy to Flexi or other tickettypes are not permitted after changing your booking but you may upgrade from Flexi to Premium. The amendment fee of €35,- applies for each way. When changing the outward and return journey, you pay the amendment fee twice in total €70,-.

You pay €3,50 handling fee per single journey (only valid for Flexi and Premium bookings). Cancellation and amendment conditions, described as above, do not apply if train is part of your booking.


Amendment fee

Stena Line works with from prices, this means that the sooner you make your booking, the lower the prices can be. The closer to the departure date you make your booking and the busier a sailing gets, the higher the price will be. When booking the Economy or the Flexi fare, amendment fees can be charged in three different ways.

1. Amendment fee Economy. This is the fee Stena Line charges for changing the route, travel date and/or sailing time of your booking. This fee is €35 per change. This fee only applies to the Economy fare.

2. Service fee for amendment. This is the fee Stena Line charges when you change your booking via phone or e-mail. This fee is €7,50 per change. If you change your booking online, yourself, you will not have to pay this fee.

3. The difference in fare between the price when you made your booking and the price at the moment you make your amendment.

Note: When you made your booking early, it is possible that you paid, for example €75 for a ticket for a car plus driver. If you were to change your booking to, say, a month later, it would be possible that a ticket for a car plus driver at that moment would cost €129 for that date. By saying the lowest available fare, we mean the fare that is still available at the time the booking is amended.

Example:
With the Economy ticket you pay the €35 amendment fee and the €40 price difference that has occurred in the meantime. So, in total €75. With the Flexi ticket you only pay the €40 price difference that has occurred in the meantime. With the Flexi ticket you don’t have to pay the amendment fee.

Also, you will save €7,50 service fee when you change your booking online, yourself.

Change/cancel booking
Log in via 'My Stena Line' by filling in your e-mailaddress and password. When you are logged in you can easily view, change or cancel your bookings under the tab 'My bookings' by clicking the bookingsnumber.
