Why do I have to register to book on your site?

You only have to register to confirm the booking and when necessary change or cancel it later. To check availability of our ships/sailings or quotation you do not have to register.

After registration you are able to change or even cancel your booking later. When you are a member of our loyalty programme Extra, you can see your point balance. You can also use your profile to speed up your booking.

When you give us your email address when booking with our call center you can check your booking via the internet later. Bookings made with our call center cannot be changed or cancelled via the internet.
