It is possible that the crossing may be delayed due to weather or other circumstances. Unfortunately, in the case of delays of up to 90 minutes, there is nothing that we can do.
In case of delay longer than 90 minutes, Stena Line will always try to compensate you appropriately. Here are some exceptions:
- Cancellation or delay caused by weather conditions that endanger the safe operation of the ship
- Exceptional circumstances that impede the execution of passenger services which could not have been prevented or even if reasonable measures were taken
