Do I get assistance onboard as I'm a passengers with special needs?

Do you have difficulty walking or are you a wheelchair user? The friendly staff of Stena Line are ready to give you assistance before departure or once you're onboard the ferry. If you have particular or mobility needs & require assistance please advise us of your specific requirements at least 48 hours before the start of your journey by calling us on +31 (0)174-315811 with your booking reference or via email info.nl@stenaline.com.

Arrive at least 2 hours before departure and go to the check-in desk so we can assist you when going onboard. Please note that you might have to wait before we can assist you.
