Can I amend or cancel my booking?

We fully understand that you may be concerned about your travel plans so we have removed amendment fees on existing bookings made before 1st July 2020. You only pay -when applicable- the difference in fare. All new bookings will be subject to our regular terms and conditions.

To amend your booking to a new date in 2020 or 2021, simply log into My Stena Line and follow the instructions. You'll need your 8-digit booking reference and the e-mail address which was on the booking.

For customers who wish to cancel their booking, a refund may be applicable depending on the terms and conditions of the fare type booked.
