Do you have questions concerning you trip? Our staff at the information desk is happy to assist. You can also exchange money and buy newspapers, books, candy and tooth paste (in case you forgot). The information desk is located on deck 7 and is opened 24 hours a day.


Planning to pay with your credit card?
Stena Line increases the security in the handling of credit card transactions. Stena Line will adopt obligatory regulations set by the credit card companies for the handling of card transactions. By doing this, your credit card data will be more secured against fraud.  As a consequence, new credit card readers will be installed on all ferries and sales points in the ports during the next couple of months. The card readers will preferably be able to read the chips on the cards and you will be asked to enter your pin code when paying. The possibility to sign the card receipts will only be possible in very few cases.

Facilities for passengers with special needs
The ship has special cabins adapted for disabled passengers.





Pets
Passengers travelling with pets have to book a special 4 berth outside cabin for the crossing.
Pets must remain inside this cabin for the duration of the crossing. There is a walking area available on the same deck.

Pets are NOT allowed in public areas.
The owner of pet is solely responsible for its well-being on board and for the required documentation. For regulations and customs in Sweden we advise you to consult your veterinarian.

Free internet
All ships, Stena Scandinavica and Stena Germanica, on this route have wireless internet on board. On board we also have internet terminals that you can use to surf the internet.
