Planning to pay with your credit card?
Stena Line increases the security in the handling of credit card transactions. Stena Line will adopt obligatory regulations set by the credit card companies for the handling of card transactions. By doing this, your credit card data will be more secured against fraud.  As a consequence, new credit card readers will be installed on all ferries and sales points in the ports during the next couple of months. The card readers will preferably be able to read the chips on the cards and you will be asked to enter your pin code when paying. The possibility to sign the card receipts will only be possible in very few cases.

Pets
On the Stena Saga pet travel is allowed.



The following rules apply:

• Passengers travelling with pets must book a special cabin (4 person outside - pets allowed).
  The cabin fee for the night sailing is during the off season €150/ during the peak season €172 per cabin per single crossing.
  On the day sailing the fee is during the off season €75/ during the peak season €75 per cabin per single crossing.
  (off season = 01-01/19-06 + 25-08/31-12 /peak season = 20-06/24-08).

• During the crossing the animal must remain inside the cabin.

• There is a special walking area on the outside deck.

Pet travel is bound to the conditions of the EU pet passport. We urge you to read the conditions thoroughly before booking your crossing.
