The Metropolitan provides an à la carte menu with seasonal dishes, set menus and even a selection of small dishes if you’re not so hungry. The food is prepared in a show kitchen, which is an open kitchen in the restaurants so that guests can see the chefs preparing their food.
You will find a great number of quality wines on our wine list. We can advise you which suits your dinner of choice best. All wines on the list can also be purchased in the on board Shop or tasted at the Taste Wine Experience.

Discover the fine Scandinavian buffet with fresh shellfish and fish. Main courses have an international flavour. You will find amongst others herring, salmon, fresh salads, cold meat, warm dishes, a selection of cheeses and several desserts. Here you can have all you can eat and drink for a fixed price. Wines, beers soft drinks and coffee are also included in the price. To round off your dinner we serve a lovely dessert buffet with cheeses, desserts and ice cream.
Do you want an extra like 'schnapps' or liqueur? These drinks are not included in the price but can be ordered separately.

Breakfast buffet

In the morning the elaborate breakfast buffet is served here that is abundant to say the least. It offers something for everyone. A wide variety of bread, rolls, cereals, cornflakes, yoghourt, meat-products, eggs, herring, pouched eggs, honey, jams, pancakes, bacon, sausages, fruits, juices, tea and coffee.
