On board the ferry to Sweden from Frederikshavn to Gothenburg

Do you have questions concerning your trip? Our employees at the information desk will be happy to assist. Here you can also exchange money, buy WiFi cards (for wireless internet) and get tickets for Legoland. You can find the information desk in the middle of the ship on deck 7.

Planning to pay with your credit card?
Stena Line increases the security in the handling of credit card transactions. Stena Line will adopt obligatory regulations set by the credit card companies for the handling of card transactions. By doing this, your credit card data will be more secured against fraud.  As a consequence, new credit card readers will be installed on all ferries and sales points in the ports during the next couple of months. The card readers will preferably be able to read the chips on the cards and you will be asked to enter your pin code when paying. The possibility to sign the card receipts will only be possible in very few cases.
 

Luggage
On deck 7 you can find a wardrobe and left luggage facilities. The wardrobe is opened at departure and arrival of the ferry.




Facilities for passengers with special needs
All facilities are situated on deck 7 and 8 and are accessible with elevator. Passengers in wheel chairs have access to all facilities. Please inform our staff at the car check in so they can tend to your needs and provide a parking space on the car deck close to the elevators.

Pets
On deck 8 we have special kennels where you can accommodate your dog. You can decide whether you want to leave your dog inside your car or use the kennel. Please report this at car check in. Keep in mind that you have no access to your car during the crossing. In light of the increasing temperature it is not allowed to keep your dog inside your car during the summer period from June till August. When your dog remains inside your car during the crossing there are no additional charges. Otherwise the fee is €5 per pet, per single crossing. There is a limited amount of kennels available.
You are required to report to check-in 45 minutes prior to departure.
As pet owner you are solely responsible for your pet's wellbeing on board and for the required documentation.

Smoke free
All Stena Line ships are smoke free. Smoking on this ship is only allowed in the assigned smoking areas on board, which are mostly outside. It is not allowed to smoke inside the cabins.


Internet 
All ships have access to wireless internet. You can buy a Wi-Fi card to log in at the information desk.
