Where and how do I receive my tickets?

For all routes:

  • You will not receive separate tickets anymore.

  • Your confirmation will only be sent by email and is your ticket.

  • You have to show the printed confirmation at check-in at the port.

  • Boarding cards will be given when you show your confirmation.

Train tickets
Train tickets will be sent to your home address unless:

Train tickets are booked one week before travel and you are living in the Netherlands or train tickets that are booked with a foreign address.
To retrieve your train tickets go to our Stena Line ticket office, before you embark.
