Payment options
INTERNET
All bookings made via the internet should be paid directly in full. Stena Line handles on basis of flexible from pricing. Fares get higher when more bookings are made on a sailing.
The bookings that are not paid are removed from the reservations system, so that someone else may book a lower fare again.
Ideal Internet banking
When booking via the internet you can pay with iDEAL Internet banking.
Booking and payment are possible until close to departure. At the moment the following banks participate:

Credit Card
When booking via the internet you can also pay by Credit Card (a fee of € 3,50 will apply to your booking). Booking and payment are possible until close to departure. We accept the following credit cards:

CALL CENTER
In case you do not want to or cannot pay with iDEAL or Credit Card please contact our Call Centre at 0900 - 8123 (€ 0,10 p.m.) to make a booking.
For bookings that are made via the Call Centre a € 15 administration fee is charged.
You can pay for your booking via the Call Centre as follows:
Credit Card
You can pay with Credit Card until the date of departure. When paying with Credit Card a fee of € 3,50 will apply to your booking. We accept the following credit cards:
Mastercard
Visa
American Express
Invoice
The invoice can be sent to you until 3 weeks prior to departure and must be paid forthwith.
Tickets that are not paid for will be cancelled without notice one week prior to departure when payment has not been received.
Invoices cannot be sent for the Economy product.
Cash
Cash payment at the desk in the harbour of departure is only accepted for the Flexi and Premium products at any given moment prior to departure.
The Economy product can not be paid for in cash.
