Technical problem with the gangway facility at Harwich

Due to a technical problem with the gangway facility at Harwich International Port we are currently having to transfer all of our foot passengers between the ship and ferry terminal by shuttle bus.

For passengers disembarking at Harwich International Port please listen for on board announcements concerning assembly points and follow the directions given by our crew. There will be Stena Line staff to direct you to the car deck where the you can board the bus for the short ride to the ferry terminal.

For those guests boarding at Harwich International Port, after you have checked in you may be asked to wait on our departure lounge until a shuttle bus is free. The terminal staff will call you forward to board a bus as quickly as possible for the transfer to the ship and after boarding our ships’ crew will be available to help you get to the passenger decks.

We understand that these temporary procedures may cause a delay but we are trying to keep this delay to a minimum and we apologise for any inconvenience caused
