Directly opposite the ferry terminal is the DART Dublin Area Rapid Transport) rail system with connecting services to the main rail and bus stations in Dublin. Trains operate every 10 minutes at peak times and 20 minutes off peak

There is a public bus service operated by Dublin Bus beside the rail station opposite the ferry terminal operating services to local destinations and to Dublin city centre.

By Taxi from the terminal building
is a taxi rank for public taxis outside the passenger terminal. A further taxi rank is located opposite Dun Laoghaire shopping centre, 3 minutes from the terminal.

Automated Bank Machine (ATM)
There are no ATM machines in the terminal building. Allied Irish Bank has an ATM machine across the road beside Meadows & Byrne retail shop 2 minutes walk. There are further ATM machines in the town of Dun Laoghaire, 3 minutes walk.

Bureau de Change
There is no facility at the port, although Guest Services onboard the Stena HSS provides this facility. Payment is accepted for tickets at the port by cash, cheque, laser and all major credit cards.

Car Parking
We have both short and long term car parking facilities located under the main Terminal building in Dun Laoghaire and is operated by the Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company and costs € 16 per day. A pay and display system is in operation. Vehicles parked illegally will be clamped and the charge is € 70.

Disabled facilities
We provide priority boarding to disabled car drivers/passengers on the Stena HSS, providing notification has been given at the time of booking.
We also provide assistance to disabled foot passengers - wheelchairs are available in the foot passenger terminal.
In the Ferry Terminal there are two disabled toilets, one in the ground floor adjacent to the travel centre, and the other on the first floor in the departure lounge.
A lift is available to the departure lounge and is situated in the foot passenger check-in area. Another is situated in the motorist lounge.

Eating facilities
Café Ritazza is situated in the main terminal building and in the motorist lounge.

An ESSO petrol station is located on Crofton Road, 2 minutes from the terminal on the main road to Dublin City.
