The unguarded parking spots for short and long term parking is situated within walking distance of one minute, next to the terminal building. You can pay your parking ticket at the ticket machine by using chip card or PIN (cash card), before picking up the car. Do NOT leave your parking ticket in the car!

The rail station is called "Hoek van Holland Haven" and is situated at the port. You can go from the rail platform directly to the arrival terminal.

The Stena Line ferry to Holland is located at Harwich International Port at the following address:

From the Midlands and the North, follow the A14, which starts at junction 19 of the M1 (though this junction is accessible only for south-bound traffic). Harwich is signposted from the M1.
Follow the A14 until you are near to Ipswich, then join the A12signposted to Colchester and London.
Follow the A12 for roughly 12 miles, then take the exit signposted to Colchester and Harwich (A120). Turn left at the roundabout and join the A120 signposted Harwich.
The A120 will take you directly to Harwich Old Town, with exits to the Harwich International Port and to Dovercourt.
From the M25, follow the A12 until you are near to Colchester. Pass exits to Colchester West and to Colchester Central. Take the next exit, marked Harwich (A120) . The A120 will take you directly to Harwich Old Town, with exits to the International Port.
Greater Anglia trains take you direct to Harwich International station which is located next to the terminal building from where you can board your Stena Line ferry to Holland.

Local buses serve Colchester and Clacton as well as the immediate Harwich, Port and Dovercourt area. There are also more infrequent rural services. A bus timetable is available from First Eastern.
